With the dawn of a new era, the remnants of the past must be cast out. The Regency, in its unwavering commitment to stability and progress, decrees a sweeping administrative legislation purge—a decisive effort to root out the misguided policies, decrees, and legislation.
No law, statute, or policy shall remain untouched—only those that align with the vision of the new Regency shall endure. Legislation deemed inefficient, counterproductive, or disloyal to the City's future will face immediate revocation, amendment, or erasure. The path forward must be uncluttered by the failures of the past.
The Regency Council, vested with absolute authority, shall oversee this purge, ensuring that only legislation worthy of City Twenty-Four's greatness remains.
Glory to the City!
