Lessen the LOOC cooldown

The LOOC cooldown is 300 seconds, equating to 5 minutes. I think anyone who made a ticket or tried to explain something to a new player is fully knowledgeable of how annoying it is.

Yes, it's meant to prevent LOOC shitposting, but you don't need a 300 second cooldown to do that. Reducing it to 5 or 7 second would suffice just fine. As an added bonus, it'd lessen the amount of people jumping straight into typing with ".//" the moment they see the ridiculous cooldown timer.

Useless feature, the timer is far too high.

Breaks immersion when you have "Edward Riggs says: ./ sorry brb"

And his hands waving around at the same time as if he's saying it ic.

5 or 7 second timer is far better.
