Implemented Loadout Command for OTA

I'm suggesting a command exclusive to OTA that allows them to easily switch classes with a simple command.

This command would:
Adjust their character name to the appropriate class (like adding ORD for Ordinal class, OWS for Soldier class)
Instantly change their suit and inventory to the class-specific items (Ordinal loadout, suppressor loadout, etc.)

This would save OTA a lot of time spent restocking and manually making sure equipment guidelines are followed. This way, they wouldn't be able to carry more than needed unless they're deliberately giving themselves more items after having run the command. Gone are the days of spending minutes at a time refilling your OTA loadout with all the gear you need, only to switch it out to a completely different set of items because you got told to change to a wallhammer.

I'm not OTA, but maybe some OTA would like to have specific equipment and personalized loadouts, right?

(As in extra ammo, extra medical supplies...)

All OTA abides by a very strict loadout as detailed within the (private) OTA guide. Anything more is an infraction and may result in sweeps getting voided/PK's appealed.
