Looter Cooperative
Statutes
1 § Name of cooperative
Name of cooperative is Looter Cooperative.
2 § Location and currency
Cooperative's location is the derelict district in City 24 with the currency of poker chips.
3 § Members
Members are those who have been nominated by a present member and approved by a member of the board. A members status can be revoked if they conflict with the interest of the cooperative and its members.
Members are required to deposit 50 chips for a share.
Each member may have at most one share which is worth one vote.
4 § Field of activity
Looter Cooperative gathers resources found within its location through its members, who are remunerated with stocks to contracts of buying customers which are processed by Cooperative crafters and coordinated by integrators. Looter Cooperative is also engaged in practices of converting credits to chips also the other way and lending practices whether tool or currency.
5 § Price ( input ) also time and payment method of shares
Stocks are gained by deposit of resource X to an integrator with a contract with quota, integrator is liable for payment of shares on Cooperative meeting.
6 § Session period
Sessions are arranged from first day of month to the 15th day of month and from 15th day of month to last day of month.
7 § Board
Board consists of one (1) Chairman and one (1) Deputy, one (1) to five (5) Integrators and one (1) to three (3) Crafters. Board is assembled upon the call of Chairman or if unavailable Deputy Chairman.
Integrators are responsible of finding contracts, sourcing and storing resources required to fulfill contract which they close.
Crafters are given priority of work if a contract requires crafting which they will process.
New board members are approved in cooperative meetings. Members of the board reserve the right to exit the board by informing the Chairman or Deputy.
8 § Right of signature
Chairman, deputy chairman or one which the board has permitted is able to sign agreements.
Integrators are able to make contract agreements for purchase orders by clients.
9 § Call for cooperative meeting
Call for cooperative meetings are done at latest 24 hours prior to meeting, announced on a pinned paper at location Y calling for all members.
10 § Cooperative meetings
Members have a vote of one in a Cooperative meeting where options are presented by the board. A member can prior to the call for meeting demand an option or matter for the cooperative meeting through the board. The protocol is written in an offline computer and signed with CID authentication by chair, secretary, tellers & attesters.
Following matters are handled during cooperative meeting:
1. Opening of meeting.
2. Selection of meeting chair, secretary, two(2) tellers & attesters.
3. Statute certainty is referred and approved.
4. Agenda is approved.
5. Week report of contracts presented by integrators.
6. Approval of week report.
7. Pending contracts presented by integrators.
8. Selection of resource X.
9. Setting cooperative prices of other resources.
10. Integrators percentage of contract values are determined.
11. Integrators limited period from right of First refusal procuring other resources through members.
12. Assignment of integrators and corresponding crafters to pending contracts.
13. Board announces location Y.
14. Other matters.
15. Redeeming of stocks into poker chips from completed integrators' contracts. Absent stockholders and amount unredeemed stocks noticed and transferred for collection.
16. Closure of meeting.
11 § Option limits
Integrators retain the right to refuse nomination.
Integrator percentage cannot be any higher than 20% of remainder contract value of resource X after deductions from other materials have been made.
Integrators may not purchase other resources at prices above what has been approved in 10 § point 9.
