Implemented Lower Max Height in Character Creation

While this is a low effort suggestion, there really isn't much to it. I saw the acceptance of the height difference suggestion and as such I really think its time for the max height to be lowered. Probably to 6'2 or 6'4 depending on how we are all feeling today. Anyone who wants to be more than this can put in a character auth or something.
Would that be efficient? No.
Will that be annoying? Yes.
However, Willard will remember the sacrifice of the auth team to save us from the token tall-bois. We have far too many manlets playing as 6'6 giants in this world. Its starting to seem more and more likely they really do put something in the water. Except instead of neurological poison, its the hardest brand of anabolic steroids on Earth. If the differences really do start being noticeable, it will look pretty silly. Plus, lets be honest, nobody likes 6'6 characters.

Max height should be 6'0 without an auth

I'm tired of the same 6'6 "muscular and pretty" femchars running around, it gets annoying after you realize how many people make 6'6 characters.
Willard playerbase is insecure about how tall they are, and the height selector is how we know

I agree. And I don't think people understand just how GIANT 6'6 actually is.

6'0? I would say at least 6'2

6'2 is the max in my opinion. I have enough friends that are 6'1-6'2 to warrant it. Its tall enough, and anything over 6'4 is kinda ridiculous. Especially considering everyone is fucking starving.
 
Just a new player here but yeah, seeing all these giants walking around is weird and unimmersive imo.

let people be 6'2 or 6'6, but i also expect IC back problems, because you are far more prone to back problems...

of course not, point is, average height for a man is closer to 5'7 (if you trust the WHO), but lets be generous and call it 5'9, The Netherlands has the tallest people in the world on average, with an average height 6'0 for men (182.5 exact), the fact that there are so many people wandering around who are 6'2,6'4 and 6'6 is a Statistical improbability and is plain dull to see, yes you do get people who are tall that tall but nowhere near the density that is seen server side.

maybe a soltuion would just be to cull them...idk..
 
I remember when i first started playing and since i didn't (and still don't) understand American values i converted it and got made myself a height of around 175cm and i genuinely thought i messed my conversions up because everyone around me was so tall and i thought i made myself comically short. But no turns out everyone was just playing giants.
 
Quick Addendum:

This should apply to vortigaunts as well.
No where in Half life are they described as being giants themselves.
Secondary suggestion though. Primary still stands on its own
