This thread outlines the rules, regulations, and guidelines for submitting out-of-character (OOC) applications for loyalist characters.​

Eligibility (Outside of Application Periods)

i. Any player may apply for Tier 3+ authorization at any time, regardless of whether applications are open should they meet all of the requirements outlined.

ii. Approval from CCA Leads is required prior to creating an application.

iii. The character must be created with the intent of contributing to creating roleplay for others, such as the creation of any political group or other loyalist organizations.

Eligibility (During Application Periods)

i. Any player may apply for T3+ authorization regardless of intent, during an application period.

ii. Application periods are announced by CCA Leads, typically in preparation for an upcoming map change.
