Reason for Appeal:
The reason for my appeal is because I feel like I was both dewhitelisted and charbanned for logical reasons and actions I did.
I also feel half of the reasons I was banned could have been avoided as a whole if my tickets to support and help me would actually get answered.
I've been in this server (or recently gotten back into it) since maybe half a year back, maybe more.
I've had some issues with well, being a bird, since majority of the rules were written and haven't been modified since TWO YEARS, let alone the lack of description.
The reasons I was both dehwitelisted and character banned were the following.
[PM] Reiner Zakharov (ulterior): 1. Do not drop items off for players.
[PM] Reiner Zakharov (ulterior): 3. Make sure your RP is up to standard; don’t disrupt others RP.
[PM] Reiner Zakharov (ulterior): 5. You're a bird, not a human; keep human to bird interaction minimal/realistic.
[PM] Reiner Zakharov (ulterior): 6. Don’t open doors, unless it's needed to access another area of the skybox.
[PM] Reiner Zakharov (ulterior): 7.Don’t open crates/cupboards.
To this, I have a reason for why all of these should be considered invalid.
1. Items at the time were flung while someone dropped a item, I simply returned a item that was OOCLY a fuck up.
Alongside this, I did give a set of conscripts a plastic bucket that was 1x1, this was not for any gain but for RP; as listed from @Atle was harmless to do, since it provides no advantage.
2. My RP was up to standard, I have no clue where he got this or where I was disrupting players; majority if not all conscripts in the small group did not mind at all what I was doing in actions at all, and later on as you read I went OUT OF MY WAY to not disrupt RP.
Alongside this as well; How can my RP not be up to standard? As my crow my RP was simply doing "/me caws.", any logs you may find will show this directly.
3. I've spent TWO STRAIGHT MONTHS IRL With the CCR faction members, I've been fed large amounts of food and have even been trained to some extent within the CCR, even before this another month-ish back I was also trained and rewarded by the City-8 mafia (yakuza) to bring empty bottles, in which I can only assume brought no advantage to the group whatso ever and was meant for RP, alongside this @Imperator RAD-X was a MEMBER of the Yakuza and allowed me to do this with no insult to injury, warning, dewhitelist or ban.
So, in short, I was RPing to a realistic amount, even during the map change my bird was ICLY WITH A CONSCRIPT TRAIN FOR MONTHS ADDED ON, if I cannot be around conscripts or @BantaMan2015 's character even with this insane amount of time spent between, I have no clue what else would be realistic.
4. This applys and follows onto number two of my reasoning, I went OUT OF MY WAY to not disrupt RP in a building full on conscripts that were talking. (seen in counter evidence)
I flew towards a door that wasn't closed all the way and barged myself out of the building.
I was NOT going to do "/me caws, pecking at the door." so that every conscript in the room would have to look over, stop what they're doing and let me out.
Even alongside this, I was around the conscripts for majority of the day and none of them asked me to "stop", "leave" etc etc or seemed to be bothered by me, I had not bothered anyone else doing this and the only people that WOULD have would have been the conscripts, which they can vouch for me.
5. Now, this one is ironic.
The only way I can make containers as a bird is to get a wooden plank and break it down into twigs, or get twigs from GM's that help me rp out getting twigs from bushes or tree's.
I've done such GM's with other people back in City8 for ages, never had a issue with it at all.
Ulterior (The banner) had in the past day constantly closed out my tickets and my GM requests to get said twigs with no reason at all attached in a instant.
I had tried over and over to make a ticket, each time denied and close out by Ulterior, so in turn I had NO CHOICE BUT TO LOOT TRASHBAGS that were on the streets that players passed by constantly.
I had not opened any crates nor containers at all in the span of the two days the server was up.
I understand that some admins do not like me as a bird player, I get it.
I can sometimes be annoying to YOU, but I am never to the players around me in a IC manner.
As a bird player, my main goal is to PUT OUT RP, make sure that PLAYERS ARE HAVING FUN. And I met that goal over and over with no complaints.
I've had zero issues as a bird player until Ulterior came into the picture.
In short, I have many reasons and backups to why this was NOT a justifiable ban and dewhitelist, as all reasons to the "rules i broke" were within a span of my forced hand or for RP purposes.

I also, have a general goal with bird faction; to make it more liked and more fluid for players to use.
With this.. I generally DO NOT PLAY ANY OTHER CHARACTERS BUT BIRDS, I quite literally only have one reason why I'm on the server and it's because of bird faction.
I am of course as well, mad in a sense due to 1. how stupid this is of a reason for a dewhitelist, and 2. because I spent ~$25USD for bird faction for maybe two useable months just for it to get removed the second day the servers open.

I also, have a general goal with bird faction; to make it more liked and more fluid for players to use.
With this.. I generally DO NOT PLAY ANY OTHER CHARACTERS BUT BIRDS, I quite literally only have one reason why I'm on the server and it's because of bird faction.
I am of course as well, mad in a sense due to 1. how stupid this is of a reason for a dewhitelist, and 2. because I spent ~$25USD for bird faction for maybe two useable months just for it to get removed the second day the servers open.
