Relations

The late administrator Arceneaux; A man that is a visionary, a political powerhouse and a great leader - One of the greatest. A man who lead a city and administration with such precision and tact, no other city can look upon it. These are the true industrious people - The Frankish folk that no one dares to glance upon that. When he died, the Earth cried out. The balance was broken, we had lost a good leader -- Not only a good leader, a good soldier and a good friend, not only of me but the people. A city to die for, the real jewel of Sector Ten and Europe. The New Order will come from your ashes, that I can promise and will see through upon this red stain.

A man of mystery but yet of transparency. I do not know your name but I know of your face, unlike the so called "Regent" in his so called 'jewel'. You, the Consul, are conflicted; A man torn between two powerful horses, pulling away at your skinny limbs. Your voice speaks of greatness, you know how to bring greatness but there is something holding you back - Your conflicted and fickle decisions make it hard to follow but you've come to your senses; Being handed a broken and corrupt city on a platter does no favors. I still have faith in your endeavor and your words, hopefully one day you can see greatness.

A colleague, a comrade, a true friend. We had first met in City One, both of us invited over by the Consul because of our skills and hard work; A replacement to the first Commissioner who had died in the sewers of that city. We finally met again in City Twenty-Four, serving under the "Regent" in a heavily and ludicrously castrated guard regiment. It was a sorry sight to see but with our hard work, we brought it back from the ashes. I could never ask for a better colleague, leader and comrade; For you shine brightly upon all of us. I thank you for the grand opportunity within this city - For we can create something great together.

One of the soldiers under me, a recruiter who brought in a lot of people into the Regiment. He was a face of the Regiment, people often saw him first before joining up. A loyal and fierce soldier who I had sinfully wasted, a soldier now dead due to my own incompetence and actions; A regret I hold on my shoulders and head until the day of my death - If I could do anything to turn back time and stop what I've done, done it different: I would. He deserved better, not to be killed off and thrown aside. My deepest regrets.

@Omega
Marcus Cross... A Sergeant within my regiment, a loyalist at heart and a hard worker. I've seen him most days on duty while also tending with the tasks within the ISD. He is, or well... Rather, was a colleague of Alex Smith whom died bravely a few days prior... He is now the sole face of the Conscript Stabilize Forces within City Twenty-Four; A man to look up to. I will look over your career outside of the Regiment with great interest.

@Sushi082
You are one of the most unluckiest people I have came across within this city... A man trying to keep his head down but always finds trouble; It is not coincidence, it is not luck but a mere cosmic hatred towards yourself. Beyond the aloof nature, I see a good soldier - A good man. You have a lot of love in your heart to those close to you and I greatly respect that... In this world of people cutting of limbs, the brains being blown out -- The guts being spilled, the violence we worship. It's genuinely refreshing... Nay... It brings great hope to see that someone has love over someone.

@Cjtn10
A woman I have first met in City One, especially in the Consul's office. I've only spoken to you once but what I've seen and experience you are a woman who is greatly burned out, tired and honestly sick of everything - But under it, beyond it there's a heart of gold; A glimpse of a caring humanity. I have my sympathies for such people and I greatly appreciate her coming to the light house and helping my men back in City One. A diamond in the rough.

@gammaonvrc
One of the new Lieutenants had came into our regiment... A blonde and young French woman; Young and wet behind the ears, fresh from officer's school. A woman which I greatly enjoy the company of without a doubt, bringing a great air about her. She is doing so well within the small time in the Guard and her efforts are not ignored, that I can say... There is still some rough edges but I can tell she will get far with her career.

That portrait is enough to make even Urey flustered
