Make the slowmode in the main willard discords general 5 seconds.

[The "Oooh!" In "Two"]

The average time for writing a sentence is 5 seconds, which is conveniently an option in discord. The slowmode should be 5 seconds, you mods do not know how bad it is, it's the perfect anti spam time, good for the non spammer, bad for the spammer, plus, someone could just ping a mod and the spamming would be no more. it's so bad.

We will be looking into increasing the slowmode timer. Thank you for the suggestion.
