Marco Sebastián Borja - An Iberian Machiavellian

[The Sniper]

El tiempo lo cura todo

Si eres español, habla español

Marco Sebastián Borja

A member of the Iberian diaspora in City 8, Tokyo. Much of his past is shrouded in mystery, having had affiliations with the Futurist administration in former Spain and Portugal before the evacuation of the Peninsula following the Madrid Uprising. Only those who knew him prior to the exodus to the far east could tell for certain what sort of man Borja is. In the Land of the Rising Sun however, he is a man of principle for his people... a staunch believer in the supremacy of the Iberian people over the Natives, although a belief he holds to himself and his closest. Whether or not it is true that Borja held an important office or not prior to the destruction of Madrid, it is safe to say that his friends in Tokyo are just as powerful. Often it is said, that it is the silent man whom you should be afraid of, not the fool that speaks...
