Why are you reporting this player?: Mainly OOC Toxicity & Breaking Character/Refusing to RP.
They made claims we used a Crow to metagame, as shown in the logs provided. As any log search will prove, I have never PM'd the Crow or even know what their character name even is. I didn't even notice a crow was in the area until after the events unfolded. We saw the man in an animation as if he was wielding a gun, so 81 shot at him. He jumped a fence and evaded us. Found her later and questioned her for helping him jump said fence, and this happened.

Tried to PM them after the gunfight to give tags if they really did want to report, but they were logged off since then. Player not found, at least for the name they gave. Maybe it was fake? We couldn't RP that far to find out.

Clip of 90% (My five minute buffer just cuts off at the end, but the logs cover the rest) - I left the clip unedited and just uploaded what I had
I have the other 10% as I hit my clip button at a time that overlapped later but when I try to export it, the % of exporting can go up to 1000% and will not finish. I can screenshare but not much happens besides her moving to the wall, somewhat complying but then writing TAGS .// before we run off.

Not really wanting the person removed or anything because they seem to know how to RP, but need to know how to take an L and not assume meta (Plus report it to staff and not blow your top calling the people you're accusing idiots and assholes)
If ANYTHING, this is a case of a buggy animation of holding a weapon. That is the reason one of the Units in my PT shot at them to begin with (Even though her friend had a weapon from the looks of it judging by her reaction + the animation we saw)
I really hate to post this because usually I can ignore sub-par RP, but this was a full on OOC meltdown that happened in the RDT where many players new and old come through. Nobody wants to see an OOC fit fill their chat while they're RPing, including me.
Names of witnesses that can provide extra feedback on this case?:
Villenora on discord with TAGLINE DEFENDER-59 was present and accused as well.
deathinthemidwest on discord and UNION-81 was present for the shooting (us shooting them) and saw the animation but wasn't present for the meltdown.
