Implemented Medic helmets

Straight to the point.
Model update part 1 is cool but there is nothing to mark you as a medic if you are using tier 2 or tier 3.
Unless you plan on making duplicates armor for medics i think id be cool to have an actual marked medic helmet. Could be just a retexture of the helmet we already have.
