Military Dress Uniform and Ribbons

Alrighty, this suggestion adds four new items which come with the citizen bodygroup/s
A beret, dress uniform and a ribbons scripted It could be used by veterans of the London Conflict.

The Dress Uniform
This is comprised of three parts the beret, suit pants and shirt, the beret is found from the sci-fi citizens pack whilst the uniform is just the normal CCA Uniform which has had it's color altered to an army green.



Ribbons

Ribbons would come in the form of a "Box of medals" script, it acts like a clothing item you can wear. Some things of note are:

- Depending on how many you have it changes in appearance,
- When hovered over in your inventory it will display the what medals you have

The ribbons "levelling system" works like this:

1-5 Medals = Small Ribbons
6-10 Medals = Medium Ribbons
11-15 Medals = Large Ribbons





All that would be needed would be to port and adjust the bodygroup models coming from the Sci-Fi Citizens pack and add the green uniform textures

You are assuming the Combine gives credit beyond SC and a general aura of 'respect.' They don't really care about you being able to flaunt around medals. That's not what should make you special to them. What makes you special is conformity, and not all Arteria members are conformists. Plus apparel like that is limited to the highest echelon of society anyway.

The only way I could kinda see this being a thing is if the medals were to represent like training certifications like a badge of completion or something.

Probably not on the Citizens bodygroup, better to have it more akin to CP's.

Beret should be added to Citizens bodygroup though, so rebels can also use it.

Not that anyone will be wearing one anytime soon, since everyone died or is being court marshaled

I mean CPs could too, and bare in mind it might not even be Combine medals it could be something like for example Futurist medals, something similar to this:

We're in early works of adding more bodygroups but this I feel does not match up to the HL2RP theme, especially with the medals etc
