To the Civil Workers Union,

This is a complaint on a recent shift.

Me and three other labourers (one biotic included) were led to work on erecting a wall for an underground hazard.

When the workers overseeing the operation ordered us to work, we were given the equipment and told to "set up the pillars". The order however, lacked details. Us four labourers held the pillars and were left clueless on where and what are we supposed to do with these pillars. We first asked for clarifications, but the workers did not provide us much details until the issue was pressed.

Details such as being mindful of our steps, start laying the pillars from the back of the tunnel towards the entrance, were both ad-hoc advises given when we were already constructing the pillars. Thankfully, the job was done.

Do not see this as malice! Please tell labourers details and provide clear instructions, it saves the city precious time!
