Bug Missing GoI Buttons

I'll just say right away that I'm pretty sure this is a resolution problem. My native one (1336x768) is below what is written in the minimum requirements (1600x900), yet this is the only thing that is broken for me. Everything else on the server works fine.

Basically, some GoI stuff is missing buttons. Not all of it, but buttons for bulk production on fabricators and reward buttons on the workshift terminal aren't there.​

This is how it SHOULD look like, for reference.

Now, what this means is that I can't actually reward anyone who signs into a workshift, making the act of hosting one extremely painful. Unfortunately, I can't go above my native resolutions (cause I possess a pizzabox laptop) and changing other graphical options doesn't help.

I'm mostly posting this just to see if there's any hope of changing the missing buttons to act like the ones above, or anything else that could possibly fix the issue, really.​

Already had full reinstalls of Gmod (meaning full folder deletion), so don't think that works.

did you actually run the FactoryReset-GMod.bat file in\steamapps\common\GarrysMod or did you just reinstall through Steam? Because it saves some of your data if you do it through steam
