Civil Protection [CP]: Why, they are here to protect us from outside and dangerous forces! That's what I've been told! I don’t know what to think of them. Everyone seems to hate them, with good reason I suppose. They're footsteps are loud. Their voices even louder. However, there are some that are kind, providing food and an open hand! Since I've transferred here, there had been a handful of those officers that saved my life on more then one occasion. From down in the subways or during the infestation in the slumps, they had looked out for me. Some have even gone so far as to buy a book and food for me. They can be kind and caring, I'm certain of it. At the same time, there are also cruel ones. There are officers who gnaw on bones and break skulls. Ones who will shove people aside or leave other to rot in a time of need. Sometimes those sticks just hit way to hard for some folks. In the end, they only want to protect us and humanity. It’s in their names, after all, right?
Civil Medical Union [CMU]: These are the people that patch the good workers up as good as new! Without them, everyone would be gone, sick, or broken beyond use. There can never be too many doctors in this day and age...Especially when the place seems empty more than half of the time.
Civil Workers Union [CWU]: Work hard, be productive. Productivity makes a happy city. Why is everything taking so long?
Loyalist: With those arm bands on, is it as nice as it really seems? Is there more food to spare? Are there more credits to your name? Do you really get your own beds and rooms? Is it all really worth it? Maybe I'm just jealous.
Vortigaunts: Part of me wants to just listen to them talk for hours on end about their homes and language. Yet, another part of me wants to run and hide when they enter a room. I’ve been told for so long that they were monsters, mindless and ruthless creatures with abilities that could vaporize a human with a single glance. But they don’t seem that bad...Sort of. Kind of.
Citizens: Brothers and sisters in arms, that's what I've been told all my life. We must stick up for each other. We must ensure each other's safety.
Anti-Citizens [Rebels]: A strange set of folks with strange points of view. I've been told that they are a violent group of folk. Haven't had the chance to see any yet, thankfully. Either way, nothing will ever get done if we all just bite at each other's throats like wild dogs.

“The Clothier” // Hannah ???

One of the first people I’ve met in this city, and is far too kind to boot. She provided me with a coat, scarf, and hat when it started to snow. If it wasn’t for that stuff alone, I might have lost all my fingers and toes in the cold! I’m not too sure why, or how, or the reasoning behind why she trusts me but either way, I won’t forget all the work she’s done for me and the others around us. One good turn always deserves another.

She like to tell wild stories! A bright mind, and kind just as well. I never really thought it'd be possible to open some sort of plant shop in the city, let alone, flowers and gift baskets. But since she brought the idea up, I can't stop thinking about it...This city really could use a pop of color in a natural look. Flowers and flora in every window and pinned to every fancy suit.

Looks like he got off the same train as I did. Or at least near it in the end. Either way, he's got spirit. A lot of it too. A lot more than I've seen so far! Just different. Despite the anger, we must make sure our temper doesn't get the best of us, even if the CP do something a bit silly.

Another friend of the clothier and seems just as cunning as her. He's always planning something in one way or another, but it's never malicious. At least, I hope it isn't malicious. I won't dwell on what things could be or couldn't be here. If the clothier trusts him, then I will too.

First of all, this CP has NO RIGHT to be like...7 feet tall. Also, second of all, what an asshole! I hope he hits his head on every damn door frame! I hope he can never find a coat or a set of uniforms that fit his size! Fuck that guy!
