Implemented More Language's to Learn

I was making a new character the other day and was going to choose his native language however....I noticed that the language wasn't there even though it would be a common and known language.

I would like for you to add more languages as I've seen many characters from the following languages who cannot speak them.

I will list below:

-Greek
-Irish (Every 5th person is Irish for some reason)
-Welsh
-Polish (I know Russian is similar to it however they are classified as different languages)
-Hindi
-African languages (I know there are like 100 of them but still like implement the most used one)
-Romanian
 
Irish & Welsh are extinct languages with only small circle communities being linguistic in their respective languages.

How about if some less widespread languages like Welsh become teachable but only through items gained by the rebels, not through combine audiobooks. They could become like the languages of the resistance

Also Polish is not similar to Russian man, you make it sound like they're vaguely distinct dialects like Flemish & Dutch, Polish&Russian don't even share an alphabet

Irish I get, but Welsh? I see that in England, it's not a small language at all

Just for context, there are an estimated 1 million people to whom Welsh is a first or second language
While about 1.8 million people self-report to speak some amount of Irish, though it's hard to pin down what exactly this means, of course

They're probably not obscure linguistic communities, even accounting for the state of the British isles in the lore

There are more deserving languages that are significantly more relevant and prolific than Welsh which deserves to be made into a language flag instead. There are 115,000 to 150,000 welsh speakers in England alone, with around 800,000 or so in Wales itself, a minority language in its own country. Considering that there are no standing Welsh cities to date and that England's city, which was the only one able to secure themselves long-term from Xenian threat was reduced to a singular city while heavily strained by a major refugee crisis where English men would flee to these cities to seek protection; I can't see any scenario in which the Welsh language would remain prolific enough to warrant a language flag when reasonably most of their population & language would've outright died off due to lack of safety/security from Xen wildlife as well as use.

Yes, some could've survived and been relocated, but chances are, that is a minority among a minority of survivors, and I doubt they would be huge proponents of the Welsh language when they've grown up with the English language surrounding them and are actively told to speak English or receive punishment.

Noone is reasonably speaking Welsh as a second language. It is too insignificant, spoken by an extremely small part of the population, would've had their land and people devastated by the crisis, and any remaining Welsh would've been spread out too thinly to congregate in any city ever and would've embraced English right off the bat, considering it was the dominant language of Wales even before the war, to ever justify the creation of a language flag for it.

This is an amazing idea. Just make an entire suggestion for this instead
 
If we were to add Irish gaelic then why not Scottish? It'd give my character a second language that isn't just Russian.

Ya could just say “Wales is dead and like no-one IRL speaks it”, but sure.
 
I will implement 4 languages at most. No more than that. After that, any future language suggestions will be denied. SO Greek, Romanian, Welsh and whatever language is the most used in Africa.

That would be English & Arabic, but after that Swahili

Not gonna suggest that having Romanian Bulgarian and Greek but hard limiting it to 1 African language is racist but generously setting up the playing field for somebody else to suggest it
