Previous circumstances of which I engaged with omnipresent have already soured my thoughts upon their consistency and continuity. They have a play to win mindset; and while the speed and S2K leaves rooms for errors, the PK was too rushed, and the execution was *being stopped* by someone else, who *pointed* a weapon at omnipotent's character, as seen here.
Not to mention; I was in an active roleplay scenario, with you, Ozymandias; and it should've stayed a roleplay scenario.
Mind you, I could've killed, and PK'd omnipotent at previous instances, and it seems like the bad-faith is at his end.
Unlike Omnipotent, of which his character could've been killed twice over by mine (When I first S2K'd him, and he, as RAD-X accused me of, 'shouted into the radio' [even when he was meant to be unconscious, to get back up to come help him.]), and when I decided to enter into S2RP with him (instead of just shooting his character). In that situation where purple knight's vort character was bombed by omnipotent.
I'd also like to think that S2RP situation was [in my humble opinion] rigged by rabithunter's GMing(which i begrudingly complied by), who, after I won a guns roll, against his injured, limping character, decided I'd miss all of my shots-- and let them move to cover, without everyone else having an action of their own. Though, that's tangential and off-topic. Anyways,
Doctor, (Ahab), changed his nickname and description to presumably ellude capture or anyone from recognising him, and after I pointed this out to
@fhs15 (richard johnson), and ahab was promptly arrested, he was let out, to what I assume is classic miscommunication.
From my perspective, omnipotent has consistently shown bad-faith over the course of this roleplay arc; deciding to not roleplay, and instead, S2K due to it's simplicity.
I have repeatedly tried to create roleplay for this bunker via tribunals & tension, which has worked, and this S2K does not provide roleplay except for people to react into that which is lost.
My character has socially manipulated Judge's standing within the rebel community to get him charged with penal labour, laying against him a series of hearsay charges using the neo-protectorates influence and eyewitnesses from other shenanigans they've commited.
The last few paragraphs is to say, yes, the PK auth is valid; that was not the argument, that doesn't mean this PK in itself is valid, and nor should the health of the community be damaged by such negative roleplay and hasteful decisions.
@nath1234567 slayed me first, which, I think was an error, considering help was five seconds away; and already present, before the execution /me.
This entire situation is because I decided to roleplay with a low-reputation person, and that person did indeed live up to their low-reputation.
Anyways.
The execution /me wouldn't have been able to be carried out, given it was active S2K, and my character would not have been shot in the head; and I would be able to roleplay once more, with people that prefer roleplay: such as
@dubik15 or the renowned slum doctor nerd
@tsaoT
So, were my PK appeal to be re-discussed, I'd rather have the capability to roleplay the consequences of the assassination attempt, as, in accordance with execution rules, the execution /me is not valid.
