The Bosch Act
Justice • Security • Hope

Our Chairman is dead. Killed by someone who cares not for the terminal. Cares not for the stability and peace we experience. Cares not for anything of the sort.
Someone who cares only about themselves, and their selfish needs.

The Chairman is dead, and no amount of mourning can bring them back to life.

Does that mean his life was meaningless? The brave Colonel Bosch, who stood against adversity like a lion?

It was not! His memory serves as an example to us all. His life has meaning, because we will not forget that he lived.

We will carry out his will, even after his death.

There will be no rest. Emergency shifts will be called. We will work harder for less. We will work double the hours with zero complaints.

We will have order.

The below are a bundle of reforms given to the Citizen's Council to be passed. They are intended to ensure our survival, and make sure the Chairman-Colonel's efforts do not go to vain.

Info:

1. Establish the Chairman Colonel Bosch's Birthday as a half working day, for the populace to remember the Chairman's achievements. ((OOC: Fluff, no mechanical changes to the game))

2. Increase working hours by fifty percent across the board for all citizens of the Terminal, regardless of collaborator status. ((OOC: Fluff, no mechanical changes to the game))

3. Allow the citizen's council to allocate up to one thousand credits from city fund per meeting without prior legislation to factions in need. This requires overall majority, and the one thousand credits need not go to the same faction. Example: Week one, the council may allocate 200 to CWU, and 100 to CMU. Week two: They may allocate 1000 to MCP. Week three: They may decide to allocate nothing if things are stable. So on and so forth.

4. Citizens of the following tiers: [D, 0, 1, 2] are to salute Officers of the CCR before speaking to them, as well as thank them for their services from time to time. Others are encouraged to do so, but are not forced to.

What kind of salute?

Passed by Simple Majority. With the following alteration:
- Clause Four is null and void.
