Our Benefactors have been kind to us. The treatment emplaced on our status, as Collaborators, is open and free. We have all been granted the opportunity to make the decisions we believe is right, the one's that will surely fulfil our future. However, where deviant is minor, process must be swift. Where doubt is minimal, order must be maximal. Where loyalty falters, it must be adjusted. The Devotionist Union hereby declare The Judgement Charter as an immediate response civic correction protocol specifically designed for the efficient trial of collaborative tiers: Collaborator, Privileged, High Councillor & CCA. Those accused of petty misalignment, procedural misconduct, or behavioural breach. Let the guilty speak. Let the loyal be reshaped. Let order be felt.
Section I - Authority & Structure

The Judgement Charter is not justice in the old sense. It is function, discipline and public memory. To stand before the Council is not to face hatred, but to be made clear. Clarity is the first step towards Devotion.
