Ladies and Gentlemen. Councillors of the Legislative Diet of Terminal seven, I present this legislative law bearing the interest and future of the terminal in mind. The contents are not to be taken lightly, for the storm we faced only a mere week ago displayed such ferocity despite it only being a prelude. Winter has yet to come, and as autumn ends the next challenge the brave- the diligent occupants of this terminal will face is one that can only be weathered as a whole, as a union.
Combined, the initiative of the Councillors have propelled this Terminal into a resurgent economy, placing it back onto the map as the rising star of Sector Seven flies higher. All of this wouldn't have been possible without the persevering Ambassador of Terminal 7, Arthur Glenn, and the last Chairman of our council- of which he gave his all for the betterment of. Jean Villery-Bosch will forever hold a place in our hearts, a moment of silence for the Chairman.
Despite the sorrow still persisting in our hearts, we musn't let his ideals be forgotten.
