N°037
CMU REWARDS & RECOGNITION ACT
CITY-EIGHT, LEGISLATIVE DIET
TERMINAL-SEVEN, CITIZEN COUNCIL
This act mandates the recognition and rewards the Civil Medical Union (CMU) may receive per patient treated and registered. For way too long have our Medical personnel been overworked without any /true/ recognition or reward for saving countless of lives. This act ensures they do get the recognition and do get the rewards they deserve for the hard work they provide to this Terminal.
Article I: Treated Patients
Section 1
All treated patients must be registered within a document based on their [NAME] - [CID] - [REASON FOR TREATMENT]. This is to ensure that there is no way of fraud, as such would be more feasibly possible without these extra measurements.
Section 2
Any and all fraud committed by the Civil Medical Union regarding this legislation rescinds this. The legislation shall then go null and void.
Article II: Recognition and Rewards
Section 1
At the end of every week, during the Citizen's Council meeting, any higher up of the CMU may request an audience with the Chairman and/or officially recognized Vice-Chairman to request a credit injection based on the amount of patients the CMU has treated within a week. This is so the budget can be moved accordingly so that the Civil Medical Union will continue to be able to treat the inhabitants of Terminal Seven.
Article III: Difference Between Patients
Section 1
To further elaborate on Article II, rewards may vary per patients. Someone who is risking their life every day for this Terminal as a Protection Unit is worth more than a Tier-D/Underclass.
Section 2
The specifics on this Legislation in regards to the credits received per patient treated, shall be regulated with the /current/ Chairman and Vice-Chairman and CMU managerial personnel (As per writing this on the 15th of November 2020). Once they agree on the rewards, any and all changes to this in the future must have to be voted upon by the entire Citizen's Council.
Ratification and Enforcement
This act shall take immediate effect upon its ratification by the Citizen Council, ensuring the enduring stability of Terminal Seven's Civil Medical Union.
