TERMINAL-SEVEN, CITIZEN COUNCIL
During the early stages of the recolonization of Terminal Seven, legislation such as N°014 was needed to ensure the progression of The Gears of Industry and the collection of valuable resources required for the upkeep of our terminal. The Conscripted Reserve, at the time, were graciously lending some of their Conscripts to ensure that Outlands Mining in return for equipment needed for such operations by the Civil Workers Union.
The Outlands Mining Workshifts by the Combine-Conscripted-Reserve were done once and never again. Now, during the present day, the Conscripted Reserve has moved from Terminal Seven, making N°014 redundant. As such, any equipment blended out must be returned from the building they once inhabited. Workshift participation for the workforce has always been mandated, regardless of class, furthering the redundancy of said bill.
