N°24 | Criminal Isolation Act

  • Thread Author
Untitled-1-modified(2).png

From tier zero, to tier seven, this is something every collaborator is aware of: the amount of criminals within our terminal remains untouched. While the common collaborator was engaged with thoughts apertaining to their financial security, undesirable elements were busy, perpetrating the suffering further. Be it by committing theft, murder or plotting against their foreman, we musn't forget: we cannot spell "financial security" without "security".

We must begin to carefully consider our positions as we continue to preserve the fruits of tomorrow. The success from a month can be presereved only by enacting immediate security. Our illustrious benefactors have granted everyone not only the blessing of life, but the blesssing of ascendence. Every man has the right to civil living standards, yet not every man should benefit from the hard-earned standard. These criminals never think of their future, they never think of their past, and they are always jumping from moment to moment. Our cadance and patience must not be tested. This act is aimed towards the ones who have refused to integrate within our glorious circle. Those who not only have refused to step towards the light, but crept further back into their abyss.

Criminal Isolation Act
"Our city, our blood."

I. Every person under one-hundred social points will be forcefully evicted from their apartment. Higher tiers of collaborators will use their property instead.
--> Blackbands will be prohibited from acquiring property within the city.
II. Any criminal, at the discretion of the Civil Protection, can be forcefully conscripted into the penal battalion.
--> Collaborators ranging up to tier four can be drafted into the conscript penal battalion and serve for an agreed period of time. Terms and conditions may vary. Crime tier MUST be red or higher.

---> Anyone who is assigned into the penal battalion is mandated to wear an explosive collar to prevent desertion. The key to remove the shackle will be held by the command of the Reserve.
----> Collaborators that have failed to perform cohesively in their assigned roles (management), fall under this clause.
-------> The chairman can assign collaborators regardless of their status or reason.
III. Blackbands will be restricted from buying goods without POS terminals. Coupons may not be used for purchases under any circumstances.
IV. The state has the right to confiscate any amount of credits held by any conscripted political prisoner, regardless of the amount.
--> Credits will be deposited withhin the treasury of the coucil.
---> The acquired funds will be repurposed upon agreement.
----> Personal items, clothes and valuables will be destroyed or sold for profit.

While the idea of segregation of the classes is funny, I doubt your first idea will pass where they are not allowed in the city seeing as this limits/restricts RP but hey the rest is goated ig

Any collaborator who votes no will be instantly subjected to mandatory conscription

I can't wait to be forced to join the conscripts, have a bomb put around my neck, and all my shit taken because I ran one time. Great job Wraygun.

People saying it takes away RP or it kills RP don't seem to understand what underclass RP should be; it should be survival. You are the underclass, you lost the very few rights the combine did offer, your options are now to either fight your way back to tier 0, spilling sweat and blood in the hopes of getting those precious social credits OR you become an outcast; you scavenge, you hunt, you barter with rebels and criminals all in the hopes of making it to the next day.

Currently, underclass roleplay has no challenges to it, cops are ever so slightly more mean to you and you get worst rations...and thats about it. Being in the underclass should be a punishment to the character, it should be a challenge.

This makes sense to me, Let there be actual big consequence to being a naughty goober and becoming an underclass.

well that is what I think too, honestly I feel another thread should be written so people can voice their ideas of what Underclass RP should be. Because in my honest opinion it could use a reform, it's too easy

Mr House here

LOVE IT!! An amazing idea if you ask me and honestly is pretty flawless. I only agree with this because so many people hate it.
