During my writing of our lore, the Hunter Killer was interlinked into it as well as it can be seen briefly during the Seven Hour War. I have used it before as an attack craft similar to that of an ordinary Combine Gunship on other servers. Since this was a designated war machine and not actually part of the main occupation force, most of these contraptions along with a very high majority of the Combine's invasion force has already been relocated elsewhere.
Generally, there are no problems that can arise by giving the Combine more toys to play with, a transport vessel doesn't seem to fit any purpose for it on TeslaCloud.
