Implemented Need a CMU application section on the forums

I made a google application via the application Robert linked, and it seems it went down a couple of days later. A new application was put up on the forums but unlike the other forum application based factions, it doesn't seem to have it's own section for the posting and reviewing of application, nor a denied/accepted sub-forums.

We are sorry to hear your frustration with how the application process has been disrupted, as we wanted to move to a method that would allow easier application organization.

I am in full agreeance with this suggestion. I messaged and asked @Robert for this on the 3rd of January. And although we talked about other things, this seems to have gone right over his head.
