Negativity and Toxic behaviour in Forums

This is a simple post about the obvious matters in the Forums. For years now there have been individuals, which are only posting toxic things in any form. Using any opening and excuse to write up something to damage one other... I feel like this type of behaviour is not only showing someones mental state, it also shows your character. The deep hate rooted in some people against each other is concerning.

I will give one example of many. @Neonity one of the professional haters on the forums... She always finds ways to write up a negative post. The worst part is, they got a clique... they have some "power" or whatever you want to call it. They are faction leads and what not, don't care. In the end it damages the server. Imagine me or someone else that would like to get into an faction gets denied by the sole fact of OOC disliking of eachother.

With this post I invite @Neonity to call me up on discord and make peace. I just want to have fun, leave me and others alone... You don't even play on this server but your actions in the forums influences it. I hope one day, whatever that is bugging you will disappear. I just wish that the hate that got pent up inside of you will be gone some day, I truly wish that. Please don't let it out on other people.

only thing i did was post a screenshot of your ban history on your civil protection app after you stated to have none. i did this to everyone who posted incorrect information about their infraction history, so reviewers (RLs, MCP players) gain the appropriate context during their review of civil protection applicants (not all are staff, and thus can not double-check the information in the application) and allows applicants to clarify their infractions if they wanted to.

you were the only person to reply to a screenshot of your infractions with hostility rather than showing any understanding or showing any remorse in the slightest, and that's part of why your application was denied.

Neonity is not your hater; its rather absurd to think like that. I'm involved in the application process, and Neonity has posted on multiple applications of the people's infractions; it's not a targeted attack against you. I can pull up multiple applications right now where Neonity posted their infraction history, as the applicant either didn't know or didn't bother to write out what infractions.

There is no "clique" or omnipotent friend group that deals with applications. Its CP leads, rank leaders, and MCP spend time to review applications and give their thoughts on the matter. It is really insulting to hear you accuse someone of abusing their power when no abuse took place.

Muho, It's rather out of character for you to respond to someone like that, since I know you to be a great person. This isn't even a person hating on you; they are posting your infraction history since you didn't.

The reason why infractions are requested to be known on application is that we know what the applicant's past is; it's not some defamation case.

Your comment is really out of place and frankly rude; I expected more from someone like you. This whole post is a nothingburger that was created to make drama and to stain the character of Neonity who has done absolutely nothing wrong in this situation.

If anyone is calling for an apology, you should be apologizing to Neonity.

Thanks for stepping up about toxicity, it's normally a hard topic to bring up since it's very often disregarded by the players who uphold such culture in a community.

I really like this, for once someone says something in regards to it. Not going to point any fingers in this situation but, toxicity within forums is a real issue and it not only happens amongst users but staff members and some ET members actively participate in this sort of toxicity in one way or another. And it doesn't stop there, private discords, handing out inflammatory comments or merely targetting the people they don't like.

Valid. It is no secret that such examples has happened before... Thank you for bringing this up Muho, this favoritism doesn't stop honestly, and you did good bringing this up. The only example wasn't your application.

IMO it doesnt really go into what neonity did anymore. Setting aside all the "Neonity did this" or "Neonity did that", hate on forums is still real and not done by just one person. He is still bringing up a valid concern if we put that part aside (Neonity already answered so there is really no need to keep beating around the bush over that)

Okay then, all neonity had to to was PMing me or one of the leads, I literally didn't remember the 3 week ban. Why does it have to be on the forums, when things can be done privately. In the end, there was a toxic remark and in general its something trying to damage me. End of the story. Why isn't it possible to remind me privately? Same outcome. The intend of posting it publicly to put someone else in a bad light, that is the toxic part.

It is still toxic behaviour, If you see it otherwise that Is your opinion and I respect it but I will never agree with it. You guys also make my point with groups attacking each other on the forums LOL. Its crazy, you guys just out yourselves. I won't go on the defensive If someone is toxic, easy as that.

Anyways, keep shittalking and saying the N-Word regularly like @NanCi_ does. I know who you guys are, I talked to many of you on discord. Stop trying to bullshit yourselves and people on the forums. Keep it private and keep me out of your OOC BS.

Keep it fun, keep it as a server should be. I will fight against this type of behaviour, even If I get banned and get potrayed in a bad way IDC.

PS: It is kinda concerning of how many people using slurs and whatnot on this server Ofc everything privately, no balls otherwise. You know who you are, I know it too.
