Hello there!
I've been playing on the server for some time now and I thought it would be nice to introduce myself for people wondering who I am.
I'm NIXeighteen, but people usually call me NIX. I live in the Netherlands, that is where the name originates from. Underage people are not allowed to smoke or drink here and the NIX18 campaign makes sure that shop keepers and such pay attention to checking out identities. So I thought it was funny to call myself NIXeighteen. Before that I walked around the internet with names such as iRiCkkk or ActuallyItsRick cause that's my real name (Rick).
I have quite some experience within Half-Life 2 RP as I've (wasted) played it for over 6 years now. The first ever server I joined was LemonPunch but I didn't really understand the gamemode yet so that was no fun experience for me. I started learning on the smaller servers and that's how I grew into the gamemode.
At one point I thought I could help out some communities and joined the staff team in a very lot of them; for example: Affable Gaming, Paranetic Gaming, Aerolite, Sky-Fire Zone...etc.
After that I thought I could do it on my own, manage my own community! Originated from that plan are: ZeroCycle, Sinners Roleplay, UndefinedRP, Solity Networks and many other failed projects.
I knew it was time to step out of any staff position and just be a regular player, until I joined Lancer Networks (you know, @Aspect™ his server). I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to do something back so I joined the staff team. I climbed the rankings from Operator to Head of Staff right before it was time to close the doors of Lancer Networks.
Now I'm here. Ready for a new adventure on Willard!
