Preamble
Universal Health Care For The Universal Union (UHC) is a proposed legislation directed toward providing the citizens of City 24 unconfined healthcare, despite social tier status. The proposition’s desired goal is to reintegrate and rehabilitate citizens back into the workforce. UHC coverage allows all inhabitants of City 24 to have access to the required health services they need. Regardless of when and where they would require them, without any financial hardship. UHC includes the full range of essential health services, from health promotion to prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliative care.
Universal health coverage should be based on strong, people-centered primary health care. Good health systems are rooted in the communities they serve. They focus not only on preventing and treating disease and illness, but also on helping to improve well-being and quality of life. To achieve UHC, City 24 requires educated health workers providing quality and people-centered care; such as policy-makers commitment to investing, expanding, and ensuring universal health coverage. It is therefore required to propose this legislation through the Security Council of City 24.
