THE SAFE WORKERS ACT IS DESIGNED TO
IMPLEMENT GUIDELINES TO BETTER PROTECT
CITY TWENTY-FOUR WORKERS

SECTION 1

The Civil Workers Union will appoint a Civil Worker to oversee the Safe Workers guidelines stated in this Act. To be voted on in Council Session.

SECTION 2

The work-shifts shall have their risks mentioned before a worker is to clock in. This includes but is not limited to; risk of infection, risk of injury, risk of falling objects, risk of anti-civil influence, risk of death.

SECTION 3

Priority and high risk shifts shall have Civil Medical Union teams on standby in the event of injury or death. If a team is not available then the working class must be notified of lack thereof.


SECTION 4

The Bureau of Enlightenment will produce encouraging Safe Work practice material across all departments [ PRESS | TELE-PROGRAMMING | GRAPHICAL]

The Press Department shall produce and publish an article that includes a segment to inform of safe work practice.

The Tele-Programming Department shall produce and broadcast an informational guide on how to practice work place safety.

The Graphical Department shall produce and display work safety posters. They shall place them around the workshift factory area in full view of worker accessed areas.

SECTION 5

Offending parties and businesses that fail to adhere to Safe Work guidelines shall be fined. Such fines are to be decided by the appointed Civil Worker.

SECTION 6

The security council has the authority to reject and remove the Civil Workers Union appointed Work Safety Civil Worker. Such action can be voted upon in council. Shall the Civil Worker be removed then one must be immediatly appointed and voted upon during same Council Session.

SECTION 7

The Ministry of Commerce will allocate funds to better equip workers with the proper safety equipment and mechanisms.

The results of this legislation will result in less casualties within the workshifts. Therefore producing morale and work efficiency.

I'm just going to say this now; Even if we declare dangers, all persons who volunteer for work shift duties or not are required to complete such duties. As per the laws of the Universal Union.
