The Indigent Labour Act
During past few months, a large amount of incidents have occurred, from attempted murders to infrastructure damage of our beloved City 24.
Through out the reports and investigations, it was found out that most of the time the reason behind such incidents was always a member of Underclass, either done so by their own will which was poisoned with empty promises or paid by Terroristic elements to fulfil their own sadistic goals.
After each incident, it is our dear citizens who are forced to clean up the mess which was left behind by their actions, this is something that I find highly unfair!
Members of Underclass should be the ones fixing the mistake that their fellow man and woman have caused, they should be the ones paying the price for letting their fellow member get poisoned by Magical Thinking of Terroristic Elements!
That is why I am proposing the following:
- Civil Workers Union shall be given a option to forcefully enlist members of Underclass to fufil workshift goals whenever lacking a certain number of labourers.
- Members of Underclass shall not recieve payment for their work, unless they have willingly volunteered in first place to attend the workshift.
- During the time of crisis, all members of Underclass shall be forced into labour to aid Civil Workers Union in fufiling their goals.
- Underclass shall be punished by Civil Protection if they refuse or attempt to avoid the call made by Civil Workers Union.
