As the economic crisis continues on, a new idea has spring up in the halls of Administration,
could this new approach help alleviate the ongoing debt crisis?
"I've been presented with a report outlining the potential presence of oil in the outskirts of our city... This discovery could GREATLY benefit our efforts to address the resource crisis! I propose that the Civil Worker's Union take steps to deploy drilling equipment and initiate operations as soon as possible.
To ensure efficient communication and operations, we should set up a temporary base in the canal area.. ADDITIONALLY, we must establish convoys between the two locations to transport both oil and other resources back to the city for refining and production efforts.

- CWU may begin early operations to check the canals for oil deposits
- If the legislation is approved, the CWU may establish a base of operations in the canals for oil extraction
- Oil installations will be set up throughout the canals
- Truck convoys need to be arranged between the locations to transport goods
