Nº 028 - Accommodation Regulation Act

  • Thread Author

Small correction.

The individual price per apartment is actually the base (currently 35) divided by the amount of tenants. If your apartment has 3 people in it, individuals will only pay 12 credits per week to stay in it, and not the full 35.

With that being said, raising the amount of occupants in an apartment to 5 would change the weekly rent in a full apartment to only 7 credits per week, instead of the 15 in the legislation, as it's 35 divided by 5.
