PROTOCOL OF STANDARDS
Standards • Assurances • Logistics

Since the implementation of Resolution Two, the task of acquiring production manifests and industrial reports has steadily become more formidable for individuals who are not part of exclusive circles. The M.O.C, perceiving the CLC as a mounting concern, appears to be taking actions to add more complexity to the process for local CLC offices, presumably with the aim of diminishing their hold on local influence.

I stand before you to address a CRITICAL matter that concerns the INTEGRITY of our industries and our industrial output for Sector Ten.. To SAFEGUARD the credibility of our industries, it is crucial that we reevaluate the local system and consider alternative mechanisms to assure a set of standards.

Local CLC figures, while initially established with the intent of ensuring compliance with these very standards, may inadvertently become conduits for corruption. Granting UNCHECKED access to factories, manifests, and reports can create a breeding ground for undue influence and favoritism... This not only jeopardizes the authenticity of the inspection process but also endangers our duty to duly and properly report industrial output in a reliable manner..

I propose that any local CLC inspection should involve the presence of an M.O.C member to SUPERVISE the procedure. This measure will ensure a decrease in discrepancies and ensure high-quality reports, standards, and industrial output. Furthermore, providing advance notice to the M.O.C is essential before conducting any warehouse inspection...
