The Civic-Protection & Voluntary Constabulary Act entails the formation of a strictly Non-Partisan/ Political Auxillary civilian volunteer organisation that assists in Law-Enforcement efforts in City-24 and will be directly overseen by the Overseer (s) or by the City Administrator of City-24. The Genevan Constabulary Force of City-24 will be organised and established if the Civic-Protection & Voluntary Constabulary Act is passed. Unlike the Civil Protection Authority, the Genevan Constabulary Force won't be armed and are designated certain autonomy, such as entering Indigent Street to maintain a presence of Law & Order.
For a stable society and foundation, authority is necessary.
Cooperation is key for a protected eternal flame of the founding values of the Universal Union.

i. The immediate formation of the Genevan Constabulary Force.
- Organisation consisting of volunteering Citizens of TIER-1 Supporter Status and above.
- Constabulary Members are to be unarmed, but issued Request-Device if Civil Protection Functionaries are obligatory during specific situations.
- The Genevan Constabulary Force Directorship to superintend by either the City-Administrator or an Overseer of City-24.
- Members of the Constabulary authorized in maintaining Combine presence at Indigent & Triumph Street, alone or in batches.
- The Constabulary Force's members to transfer authority over a situation to Civil Protection Functionaries if instructed.
- The Genevan Constabulary Force are to uphold itself as a Non-Politically motivated or biased organisation.
ii. Ability to conduct sanctioned Citizen-Arrest and interrogation on suspected criminals.
- Members of the Genevan Constabulary aren't permitted to conduct summary contraband searches, unless in the case of a Citizen-Arrest.
- Criminals under the custody of the Genevan Constabulary will be transferred to Civil Protection Functionaries.
- All instances of Contraband will be surrendered to Civil Protection Functionaries if found.
iii. Equality of both Constabulary Members of Citizens. - Constabulary Members are still classified as Citizens and are eligible to be charged by Civil Protection Functionaries if deemed justifiable.

The only time it's 10 minutes is when theres 1-2 cops on, We can't go into triumph without 2-3 cps at a time in a PT, You want it changed talk to the leads, Cus none of us like it.
Man it would be a shame if a train full of City 2's weapons, armor, and ammo just get blown right into the sewers the moment this legislation passes....
