The Reformed & Expansionary Civil Partnership Act of 2017

The Reformed & Expansionary Civil Partnership Act of 2017 is a legislative policy to grant the ability for TIER-3 Supporters or above citizens, of the Civil Populace to enter into a marriage union. If passed, the Reformed & Expansionary Civil Partnership Act will hypothetically encourage Socio-Stabilization within the Civil Populace as it provides Citizens with the opportunity of a mutual sentimental and affectionate companionship while amending the existing system to be descriptive. In addition, this Act also motivates Citizens whom entered into a Civil Partnership to be subservient and deferential to the rule of law of the Universal Union which promotes stability within the Civil Population of City-24.
i. The ability for Collaborator and Supporters of Tier-3 Status or above, to enter into a reciprocal Civil Partnership.
- Procreation Laws will notwithstanding be enforced by the Civil Protection Authority.
- Whilst in a Civil Partnership, both Citizens will share the responsibility for their partner's criminal violations that are of RED-Tier+ and are liable for consequences.
- Civil Partnership that's of traditional Heterosexual orientation and no other, will be eligible and authorized.
- Only native Citizens of City-24 may enter into a Civil Partnership with one another.
- Citizens who are registered with three documented Yellow-Tier or Four Blue-Tier Criminal Violations or more aren't eligible to enter into a Civil Partnership.
ii. The Chairman of the Security Council, Chairman Wolfgang A.V Hallstatt, or his chosen Deputy; will supervise Civil Partnership ceremonies and handle documentation which will be inputted into a singular database that's accessible to all Universal Union governmental agencies for future reference.
- Civil Partnership ceremonies are to be administered and conducted at the Nexus Courtyard.
- No fewer than Three Citizens (Minus the wetting Couple), may attend the Partnership ceremony.
iii. Civil Partnerships can be dissolved if the respective party wishes to exit the union on appropriate grounds.
- Dissolution of a Civil Partnership Union must be authorized and witnessed by the Chairman of the Security Council, or his/ her chosen Deputy.
- The division of personal property of both parties, will be handled privately in a discreet process and manner.
iv. Prenuptial Agreement Policy of a Civil Partnership Union
- The prenuptial agreement will be drafted under CCA supervision between both parties prior to the Partnership ceremony and amended by the supervisory Chairman of the Security Council or by his/ her chosen Deputy if deemed inappropriate.
