There exists a population of homeless, misled or unguided individuals within Industrial 24. It is our duty as Collaborators to provide support, shelter, and guidance to those in need. This legislation aims to provide not only shelter but also resources to help these weakened individuals to reintegrate into society, into Industrial 24, into our Union.
