PREMARBLE:​

The Progressive Construct Binder have been afforded the privileged opportunity to cooperate with researchers of the Civil Medical and Research Union in presenting an exciting, innovative avenue to bolster the industrial development in Industrial-24 - the mass production of Artificial Blood.

Artificial Blood is an excellent and permanent substitute to human blood. It can be produced in industrial scale and hold immense value to blood storages across the world.

PROPOSAL:​

1) The allocation of resources and authorization for the establishment of "Artificial Blood Factories" to begin the production of Artificial Blood for both export purposes and domestic usage.

2) The profits generated by the production and export of Artificial Blood should be utilized in combatting Industrial-24's debt.

3) Details of the operation be given to the leadership of the Civil Medical and Research Union or any administrative organs responsible for managing industrial development.
