Personnel of M.O.C have concocted another scheme to further boost the city fund, seeking closer cooperation
between the CMRU and CWU to produce medicinal and drug supplies for export..
Emergency austerity powers allowed the policy to slip by without legislative process...

I’m glad to announce this achievement to be successfully completed. To further bolster our city fund, the CMRU will oversee the production of medicinal supplies for export - A noble goal for a great cause."

- CMRU ordered to begin manufacturing of medical supplies and drugs for exporting purposes.
- CMRU is to cooperate with CWU to organize workshifts for such productions, for which they are not to be charged order costs by the CWU.
- CMRU members have to be present for production oversight for these orders.
- MOC members are allowed to oversee the production process, and know the amount of produced goods, location where they are going to be kept, and oversee the export process.
- Produced supplies and drugs are to not be used by the CMRU members. Any supplies needed for the medical purposes within the local CMRU branch are to be discussed with CWU as usual.
- Abuse of the privilege of not paying order fees will result in fines from CWU, MOC or even Civil Protection members.
