LEGISLATION PLAGIARISM PROTECTION ​

The Metadynamist Ascensionist Forum, hereby, within the trusteeship of the Anti-Conformist Commission, & acting with the Mandate of the Head-Ministry & the City Regent, provides the Security Council an ordinance to be implemented post haste upon enactment.

This ordinance shall be a series of rules to be followed properly as political courtesy, to adhere to a new set of guidelines to follow if general amendments are to be made to proposed legislation. ​

Be it enacted by the Security Council as follows:

If a binder provides the Security Council with legislation to be voted upon, and a separate binder wishes to make amendments to said binder, the editing-party shall contact the original writer or sponsors of the legislation they wish to amend accordingly to come to an agreement. If both parties cannot come to an agreement on said amendments, the original writer and their respective binder shall retain all rights to the contents, and proposals within the original act.

The Ethics Committee and thusly the Secretariat shall operate an unbiased third-partied court for cases made against all alleged unsanctioned plagiarisms, or unsanctioned amendments.

All Party members may report unsanctioned plagiarisms, or unsanctioned amendments accordingly. Falsified reports such as prank reports or time-wasting reports, shall be punished by the acting unbiased third-partied court with a hefty fine at the will of the overseeing case agent.

If the acting unbiased third-partied court finds a specific writer to undergone unsanctioned plagiarisms, or unsanctioned amendments they shall be provided with a punishment befitting of the severity of their crimes upon the discretion of the overseeing case agent


This local law shall take effect immediately upon success.​
