Legislative Proposal Nº15
Political Transcendence
Introduced by: Laszlo Kovacs (T4)
Co-Sponsors: (PENDING)

SUMMARY:
The scourge of pre-liberation political bickering is creeping back into the affairs of our dear city, we must deprive these traitors of their most basic tool - their language.
  • Prohibit the usage of pre-liberation political-ideology terminology in city affairs.
  • Rename/Dissolve existing organisations/groups/binders (if any) that is deemed to be utilising pre-liberation political-ideology terminology

Article 1 - Contents
  1. To reflect the sociopolitical transcendence that humanity has achieved in the years since the liberation aided by Our Benefactors, the reliance on pre-liberation political-ideology terminology must be stopped.
  2. The list of pre-liberation political-ideology terminology should be determined by the will of the appropriate administrative organs or by simple common sense.
  3. Organisations/groups/binders found to be in violation should be officially reprimanded. If the reprimanded organisation/group/binder fails to take the proper measures to follow political transcendence, it should be condemned and be subject to punitive actions.

Article 2 - Punitive Actions
  1. Punitive actions are defined as but not limited to:
    a) Mandated renaming;
    b) Prohibition of associates/members of the condemned group from participating in sociopolitical activities;
    c) Mandated dissolution.
  2. If the condemned organisation/group/binder resists any mandated punitive actions enforced upon their organisation/group/binder, members of this condemned group should face prosecution for insubordination or disloyal behaviours until the prosecuted member renounces his/her membership/association to the condemned group in writing.
