PREAMBLE
This legislation was drafted to ensure the re-construction/re-stabilization of our economic-system of the jewel City Twenty Four. Preventing any future debts is the main aim of this legislation, learning from our past and putting precautions into play.
With enough funding into the: City24 - Western Fringes | City 24 - Southern Fringes | the City 24 - Former Quarantine Zone| We will build new factories, harbors and logistics routes, creating opportunities for the City, for a steady influx of credits.
Furthermore, options for local owners will arise and brands as the Siemens-Pils won't be the only City-24 exclusive products. Loyal and trusted owners of establishments, will have the opportunity to sell their own goods to other Cities and support the economy of our jewel City Twenty-Four.



ARTICLE I.
together we grow​

1. The City will collectively pool their resources and pay a weekly tax of ten-percent of their weekly income, to ensure the growth in the outer sectors of our jewel City.
If the City fails to create income, a fixed amount of 1000c will be spent into infrastructural plans, to ensure a stabilized system for the future.


2. The various factions will coordinate in tandem and create goods and services for exportation purposes. Internally a Quota will be set by the faction leaders, to ensure a steady income.

Examples: CMU will host blood-drives, to sell a portion of the blood bags to other cities.
CWU will host trash-drives and manufacture goods with the recycled products for exportation purposes.
MoE will ship self written books by established authors.
And so on. The creation of various methods will be entrusted to the leaders and members of the factions.

3. For the purpose of preventing industrial sabotage, security in the vicinity of the new infrastructure will be elevated.

ARTICLE II.
every jewel is unique​

1. Established individuals and shops chosen by the MoC/DoB for their expertise in specific sectors may also work together with the CWU to produce and be able to ship their goods to other cities. Bi-Weekly, a specialized train for those goods will arrive at the local train station for pickup.

1b. Locally produced quality products will go through various quality-controls. Ensuring only the finest
products will represent the jewel City, like the Siemens Pils.
Product deemed fit in areas: Quality, Marketability and Profitability, may be allowed to ship outer city bounds.
Products will need the approval of CWU/DOB, MoC and CMU. To ensure the reduction of health and economical risks.

THIS ACT SHALL IMMEDIATELY TAKE EFFECT UPON PASSAGE
