Preamble
The True Citizen does not pitch his tent on the streets nor in squalor. Those who fail to maintain an established residence on record will be subject to the following:
Article I
(§) Citizenship is not granted. Failure to amend your housing within a set timeframe (2 weeks) will result in a transfer out of the city to a reformative assignment.
(§) Lower-grade ration distribution (underclass ration). A failure to contribute to our society is a failure to maintain our way of life and, as such, should not be rewarded.
(§) All collaborator benefits that the subject may hold are suspended. Those without citizenship will not have their position in our society recognised.
(§) Civil Administration is exempt.
THIS ACT SHALL IMMEDIATELY TAKE EFFECT UPON PASSAGE
