Voter Registration Act

Preamble
Not everyone can be trusted to make an educated decision that would benefit City Twenty-Four. We believe that this is also the case when it comes to electing a Chairman of our City.
A position of such importance should not be chosen by those who fail to meet the most basic of criteria. This law will aim to verify voters, to make sure they are capable of making a responsible decision that will benefit the community and continue our mission of bringing prosperity and safety to our City.
Art. 1
Requirements to be considered a valid voter
1. All voters must be part of a binder for at least 14 days before the election process begins.
2. All voters must have previously been registered at, at least 3 different addresses.
3. All voters must be currently employed and earn a wage.
4. All voters must have a valid CID card and must have resided within the city for at least 30 days before the election process begins.
5. All voters must have not received any violations.
6. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will be met with a V98 charge of the Combine Penal Code.

1. All members of the Combine Civil Administration are to be considered pre-registered.
2. All current members of the Collaborator's Party are to be considered pre-registered.
3. All members of the Ministry of Civil Protection, who could be considered valid voters before this bill comes into life, are to be considered pre-registered.
THIS ACT SHALL IMMEDIATELY TAKE EFFECT UPON PASSAGE
