The Workforce Insulation Act

DISTRICT-43, SECURITY COUNCIL
PREAMBLE
This bill has been proposed to push preventative measures to better prepare and brace the District in light of the news of the oncoming blizzard that is preparing to sweep through the district. This includes measures such as unified central heating apparatus's, insulated clothing distribution and regulations to be followed in light of these events.
Be it enacted by the Security Council as Follows:
§ I. Article I
Mandated Unified Central Heating
(1) - Common points of workforce gatherings such as the Workers Union Warehouse, the Medical Union's clinic, Residential Block communal areas and other assorted areas that frequent high traffic of citizenry are to be updated with a unified central heating installation linked to a boiler system operated by the CWU.
(2) - Store Owners are required to have sufficient central heating apparatus's installed within their stores to prevent cold related sicknesses and injuries. Failure to do so before the arrival of the oncoming blizzard will result in fines as mandated by the DoB.
(3) - Loose fire barrels within Victory Square, Triumph Street and Willard Street are to be cleared if this bill is to be passed, scattered fire barrels are to be cleared by the Workers Union to avoid potential outbreaks of fire that may damage public infrastructure.
§ II. Article II
Insulated Clothing Distribution
(1) - Insulated clothing such as winter jackets (Both Green and Red), beanies and leather gloves (non-tipless) and other similar clothing articles shall face price reductions as dictated by the Department of Business alongside other regulatory bodies. Upon the passage of the blizzard, these prices are to be reverted back to normal.
(2) - The Workers Union are to prioritize the distribution and production of the aforementioned clothing articles to fulfil the city stock. Ahead of the full arrival of the blizzard.
