Objective/Preamble
Esteemed men and women of the Consular Presidium,
​

It is with a heavy heart that I extend my condolences in this time of devastating loss. Our city grieves the passing of our Chairman, his life taken by crude malignancy — his absence now a wound at the very heart of our order.

​

Mankind is primitive, an animal enslaved by instinct, shackled to the frailties of the biological body. Yet I tell you this need not remain our fate.

​

I bring before you a vision of the future: an era in which the True Citizen transcends the chains of flesh. Age, weakness, and disease will no longer hold sway over our people. Instead, we may step forward — stronger, smarter, and unbound..

​

No longer must we fall prey to primitive decay. No longer shall the enemies of order exploit our fragility. With Post-Ascensionistic Pharmaceuticals, we have the tools to forge citizens worthy of the Reconstruction.

I urge the Consular Presidium: pass this legislation, in honor of those we have lost and in service to those yet to rise.

ARTICLE I>
The Workers & the People

§1. The Legalisation of all Post-Ascensionistic Pharmaceuticals and medical enhancers created and produced by Lindner Corporation. Hereby granting Lindner Corporation state-sanctioned support in its strive to eradicate the old and bring humanity forth.


§2. Lindner Corporation shall hold sole ownership of all their Post-Ascensionistic Pharmaceuticals products that are produced and manufactured.


§3. Lindner Corporation shall be allowed to hold work-cycles within the confines of the Civil Workers Union, to speed-up production and to allocated more public works to all Citizens regardless of Tiers.


§4. In order to strengthen the workforce, Post-Ascensionistic Pharmaceuticals and Post-Ascensionistic Enhancers shall be present in all rations with a maximum of one, up to two for higher tier- to adjust the workforce into a strong, healthy and efficient workforce. ​

ARTICLE I>
The Civil Protection, the Conscripted Reserves

§1. In order to boost the efficiency of the Civil Protection shall recieve Post-Ascensionistic Enhancers up to a total of four a day, to strengthen their minds and bodies, making them robust and the shield of our people.


§2. All men and women of the Conscripted Reserves shall be given Post-Ascensionistic Enhancers during deployment to enhance their capabilities out in the field, and to help them protect our way of life.


§3. The Civil Protection and the Conscripted Stabilisation Force shall, respectively; requisite funding to the Corporation for all Enhancers and Medical supplies sent.​
