Preamble​

​

Due to the major security leak of Project Mockingbird during the transition from Ministry of Enlightenment to the Information Sanitation Department under the auspices of Troy Henry Hardwick a new security concern has arisen.​

​

The precise nature of this security concern can only be discussed with the Consul, The Premier, and Ministry of Civil Protection.​

What is essential is thus:​

With Consul and Ministry of Civil Protection approval the (ISD)^2 reserves the newly established legal right to call for a mass BOL on any singular department, institute, or organization; legitimate or not, so as to put their communication devices under CivPro possession for digital forensics.​

With Ministry of Civil Protection approval the (ISD)^2 reserves the newly established legal right to call for a BOL on any singular citizen so as to put all communication devices on their individual person under Civil Protection possession for digital forensics.​

​

This act shall be retroactive.​
