Nº39 DIVERSE VERNACULAR ACT​

Objective​ Currently as a community, we face a current system of global diversity set within our current inhabitation of Industrial 24. As we face this, we find more and more people accustomed to the languages centered around their habitation areas, which further creates this dilemma we see of having stored information, in which we cannot use. The world wide action of our benefactors brings all of us together within reason, yet sometimes we face issue, as it is within our natural instinct to act within how we are accustomed. As a society which has been cherry picked and pushed together from all around, it is within reason we should all come together to embrace what differences we hold, and how it represents us as a civilization. This act aims to allow our current inhabitants the right to speak within their respectively preferred dialects to further embrace how we have all come together within this one single location.​

Act 1​ §1. The current legislation, Nº19 and Nº10 will become voided to make way for the expansion of what we as members of this habitation should be within our liberty to do. The publishers for the legislation shall be commended for their work and contributions to our Civic Code, with the exception of the bad actors. §2. The Civic Code will be rewritten to allow the speech of all commonly spoken languages perceivable to the human species. §3.(SPECIFICATIONS) Languages along the list will be allowed to the public for personal speech. Arabic, Bengali, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Gaelic, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish These which are understandable to the human race will be allowed, yet discouraged from the community. Biotic dialects outside of that which is humanly perceivable will be forbidden. Any member of the Civil Protection, CCA, and/or CSF are to be addressed in the language which they address the citizen by. §4. The allowance of these languages should be a right, yet also a privilege, and should be subjugated in dependence of the current standing Socio-Status. Any Socio-Status in which the Uniformity Mandate is in act, should standardize the common spoken language to a primary vernacular (English).​
