Fixed Notes fucked after restart/crash

After a restart or crash it seems notes and books (or any pinned item I suppose) gets completely and irritably fucked.

Can you elaborate? Are they unusable? Are they just floating? Can you interact with them or pick them up? Were there any errors if you tried to? Do they have collisions?

This is why we have formats/templates, people...

Perfectly useable they just re-appear in completely skewed positions after a restart. Everything else is completely fine.

Three times, and it happens to every single note / paper in the server. If you ever hop on, it's quite literally every one.

Yuuuuuuup, @Rabithunter seemed convinced it had something to do with physgunning notes into place.

Has been happening to all my books/paper too, and as i don't have permanent pet flags i can confirm it doesn't happen because you physgun things into place

They seem to gravitate over time to becoming completely horizontal and clipping into whatever wall/object you pinned them to

Can confirm this is the case after every server restart it seems to just generally happen over several restarts or sometimes just immediately happens after a single restart. The pinned notes just randomly start gravitating into a default horizontal position if not already in one.

I did a big improvement on this a while ago. Problem was papers weren't spawning in frozen and pins being spawned with a 3 second delay. The paper would fall to the ground (thus changing the angle), then the pin teleports the paper back to its original position without setting the right angles.

Paper should spawn frozen now, and pins also set angles. Plus some other small improvements that might fix floating pins everywhere.
