WORK BRINGS FREEDOM
Drastic and radical action must be taken to ensure productivity and stability.
Abolishment of amputation and all forms of death penalthy for the foreseeable futurue.
Punishment shall be met out with labour, malignancy cured through hard work and sweat.
Creation of a sub-class consisting out of criminals and convicts that serve the labour divisons of the city.
Disables Amputation as a permanent kill for the time of effect. In order to stimulate the City's producivity, the convicts and outcasts shall serve the city as free labour and serfs, creating a criminal 'class' of indentured servants.
Prosperity through Inflation
The wealth of the city must be granted to the many.
Man and woman, the true citizen, must have a chance to decide their own fate.
